Teriyaki Chicken Recipe



4-6 Chicken Thighs

1/2 Cup Water

4 Tbs Olive Oil

1 Tbs Cornstarch

4 Tbs Honey

4 Tbs Soy Sauce

3 Tbs Brown Sugar

1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger

1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder

1/4 Tsp Salt


Teriyaki Chicken Recipe



1. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and water, then stir in well.

2. Remove fat from chicken and rinse well.


3. De-bone chicken.

4. Place a pan over medium heat and add oil.


5. Once hot, add chicken and fry for about 7 minutes per side.


6. Once the chicken is done, remove 1 tbs of oil.


7. Then add teriyaki sauce and stir it in as it thickens (It should take 3-4 minutes to thicken).


8. You can slice chicken into pieces for a more restaurant look.
