Ingredients
2 Lbs Ground Sweet Italian Sausage
2 Lbs Russet Potatoes
1 Cup Onions, coarsley chopped
1 Cup Green Bell Peppers, coarsley chopped
1 Cup Red Bell Peppers, coarsley chopped
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tbs Olive Oil
2 Tsps Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
1. Chop the onions and peppers into thin long pieces.
2. Shape the sausage meat into meatball or rectangle shapes.
3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
4. Peel, slice, and dice the potatoes into medium size cubes.
5. Add the sausage, potatoes, and vegetables to a large baking dish.
6. Add in the seasonings and fold well.
7. Add in the oil and water, then tightly cover with aluminum foil.
8. Bake covered for 1 hour.
9. After 1 hour, remove the aluminum foil and continue baking for 20 minutes or until the sausage browns a little bit.
