Ingredients
- 2 Lbs Ground Sweet Italian Sausage
- 2 Lbs Russet Potatoes
- 1 Cup Onions, coarsley chopped
- 1 Cup Green Bell Peppers, coarsley chopped
- 1 Cup Red Bell Peppers, coarsley chopped
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Tbs Olive Oil
- 2 Tsps Salt
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Peel, then slice and dice your potatoes up into even-sized cubes.
- Slice up your vegetables and chop into small pieces.
- Preheat your oven.
- Peel and then knead the sausage into rectangular shapes.
- Place everything in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle in the seasonings, then toss.
- Add in the water and olive oil.
- Bake covered with aluminum foil for an hour.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes or until sausage browns.
