Ingredients
- 2 Lbs Ground Sweet Italian Sausage
- 2 Lbs Russet Potatoes
- 1 Cup Onions, coarsley chopped
- 1 Cup Green Bell Peppers, coarsley chopped
- 1 Cup Red Bell Peppers, coarsley chopped
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Tbs Olive Oil
- 2 Tsps Salt
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Â Chop the onions and peppers into thin long pieces.Â
- Â Shape the sausage meat into meatball or rectangle shapes.
- Â Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Â Peel, slice, and dice the potatoes into medium size cubes.
- Â Add the sausage, potatoes, and vegetables to a large baking dish.
- Â Add in the seasonings and fold well.
- Â Add in the oil and water, then tightly cover with aluminum foil.
- Â Bake covered for 1 hour.
- Â After 1 hour, remove the aluminum foil and continue baking for 20 minutes or until the sausage browns a little bit.
