Ingredients

  • 32oz Frozen Spinach
  • 2 Cups Mayo
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shaved or shredded
  • (2) 1.4oz Packs of Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt or Salt to taste (optional)

  1. COOK FROZEN SPINACH: Place spinach in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook until it defrosts and the liquid cooks out, about 15 minutes.
  2. MELT THE CHEESE: Reduce the heat to medium, then add in the parmesan cheese and stir until it’s melted and dissolved into the spinach, about 5 minutes.
  3. ADD THE SEASONINGS: Add the spinach to a large serving bowl, add in the salt, pepper, and Knorr vegetable recipe mix, and stir well.
  4. LET IT CHILL: Give the spinach dip 20-30 minutes to chill.
  5. ADD THE SOUR CREAM AND MAYO: Stir in the sour cream and mayonnaise and smooth out.
  6. CHILL: Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator to chill.
