Description
Tangy, tasty, spinach. Seasoned, then cooked in apple cider vinegar and broth. A great vegetable side dish.
Ingredients
1 Lb (16 oz) Frozen Cut Spinach Leafs
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1-1/2 Tbs Butter
1 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
1-1/2 Tsps Salt or to taste
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Place a skillet over high heat and add in the broth.
2. After 2 minutes, or once the broth comes to a boil, reduce the heat to medium-high (7).
3. Add the spinach, vinegar, butter, and seasonings, then stir well.
4. Let the spinach cook for 8 to 10 minutes and stir periodically.
Notes
I used an electric stove and a T-Fal electric skillet to make this recipe. Cooking time may vary depending on what type of stove and skillet you’re using.
