Description
Tangy, tasty, spinach. Seasoned, then cooked in apple cider vinegar and broth. A great vegetable side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 Lb (16oz) Frozen Cut Spinach Leafs
- 1 Cup Chicken BrothÂ
- 1 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1–1/2 Tbs Butter
- 1–1/2 Tsps Salt or to taste
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Place a skillet over high heat and add in the broth.
- After 2 minutes, or once the broth comes to a boil, reduce the heat to medium-high.
- Add the spinach, vinegar, butter, and seasonings, then stir well.
- Let the spinach cook for 8 to 10 minutes and stir periodically.Â
