Description

“Well Seasoned, juicy, tender salmon fillets topped and infused with garlic juice & lemon butter sauce”

Ingredients

2 Lbs Salmon Fillets
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Tsps Minced Garlic
4 Tbs Butter
4 Tsps Olive Oil
2 Tsps Parsley Flakes
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

1. Massage all sides of salmon fillets with salt & pepper.
2. Preheat skillet to medium-high heat (7), add oil, and preheat for 3 minutes.
3. After 3 minutes, place salmon fillets into the skillet skin side down and cook for 3 to 4 mins per side.
4. Once done, set salmon aside and remove oil from skillet.
5. Place skillet back onto the stove, this time over medium heat (5)
6. Add the butter, garlic, lemon juice (make sure you use fresh lemon juice, squeezed from an actual lemon), and Parsely Flakes, then stir in well.
7. Once the butter is slightly melted, place the salmon back into the skillet, simmer for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Scoop up the garlic lemon butter sauce and drizzle it over the salmon.

Notes

Cooking time may vary depending on the type of skillet and stove you’re using. I used a T-Fal skillet and an electric stove. If you’re using a gas stove the cooking time may be shorter. The size and thickness of your salmon may lengthen the cooking time as well so be mindful of this.
