Description
This is a spam egg and cheese sandwich to die for. Fried pork spam, topped with fried eggs and cheese over toasted bread.
Ingredients
4 Slices of Spam
2 Slices of White Bread
2 Large Eggs
2 Slices of White American Cheese
2 Tbs Oil
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Place a skillet over medium high heat and add in oil.
2. Slice the spam into 4 evenly shaped pieces.
3. Fry spam on each side for 3 minutes then set aside.
4. Meanwhile beat the eggs up and season them.
5. Reduce the heat to medium.
6. Add the eggs and fry for 2 minutes.
7. Splice in half then add in the cheese and spam.
8. Toast the bread then place over bread.
9. Slice spam and egg sandwich down middle.
