Creamy, smooth, addicting spinach dip! Perfect for Super Bowl parties, baby showers, cocktail parties, and as a mid-day or midnight snack.
Ingredients
- 32oz Frozen Spinach
- 2 Cups Mayo
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shaved or shredded
- (2) 1.4oz Packs of Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
- 1/2 Tsp Salt or Salt to taste (optional)
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- COOK FROZEN SPINACH: Place spinach in a skillet over medium heat and cook until it defrosts and the liquid cooks out.
- SEASON THE DIP: Add in the seasonings and stir well.
- MELT THE CHEESE: Add in the sour cream and parmesan cheese and stir until it’s melted and dissolved into the spinach.
- LET IT CHILL: Place the spinach dip in a mixing bowl or serving dish and give it time to chill.
- ADD THE MAYO: Stir in the mayonnaise and smooth out.
- CHILL: Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator to chill.Â
