Description

Creamy, cold, sweet strawberry banana smoothie made with fresh strawberries, riped banana’s, almond milk and a punch of oatmeal and blueberries. This is the perfect morning smoothie to get your day started.


Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Strawberries
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
  • 1 Cup Extra Creamy Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Remove stems from the strawberries.
  2. Place all the fruit in the freezer until rock hard and make sure milk is in the refrigerator to get cold.
    For a quicker option, simply add ice to the blender.
  3. Peel and slice the bananas 3 to 4 times into smaller pieces.
  4. Add all the fruit to a blender with the milk, sugar, and oatmeal.
  5. Blend until nice and smooth.
